Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of eligible, unaltered in-stock merchandise requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Custom-designed, engraved, resized, altered, special-order, and explicitly marked final-sale items are not eligible for return, except where required by law.

Customers are responsible for insured return shipping and for the item until it is received by us. We do not charge a restocking fee. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

We will inspect returned merchandise after it is received. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us promptly so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For an exchange, contact us before returning the original item.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to you under applicable law.
